Expecting a dangerous Hurricane Earl to pass as close as 30 miles from the Massachusetts coast, National Weather Service forecasters this morning expanded the area in which they are warning of possible impacts from the storm, issuing a hurricane watch for eastern Plymouth, southern Bristol, and Plymouth counties.
